Friends, today is the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, our bakery’s namesake! Inspired by Our Lady’s maternal warmth we created our signature Flos Carmeli cookie with layers of warm, caramelized flavors in our browned butter and house made toffee. You can try the Flos Carmeli cookie at the Berlin Farmer’s Market this Saturday July 18!
