We’ve shut up shop for today! We will be back tomorrow for our Grand Opening! coffee and and biscuits in the morning and drinks and snacks in the afternoon! Drawing for a goody basket for everyone that stops by! Can’t wait to see everyone! Remember quantities are limited!

I am finally sitting down after a long day of baking, cooking, and preparing all the goodies for tomorrow! ❤️

We will be opening our bakery stand at 8:00 AM, and we can't wait to see everyone stop by!

We have a variety of fresh sourdough breads, sweet treats, cookies, brownies, and more available—but quantities are LIMITED on every item. Once they're gone, they're gone!

After lots of hard work, painting, decorating, organizing, and dreaming, we’re excited to announce that Emmy Brooke’s Rolls on Wheels Bakery Stand will officially open on Friday, June 5th!

What started as a dream has become a cozy little self-serve bakery stand filled with homemade breads, baked goods, and handcrafted items made with love right here in our home bakery.

You’ll find favorites like:

Our stand is designed to be simple and convenient—stop by, browse, and enjoy a little taste of homemade goodness whenever we’re stocked. Feel free to view our always available menu there and do a preorder to make sure you don’t miss your favorite selections! We can leave that for pick up at your convenience and we also meet in town!

As we begin taking orders for this week, we encourage everyone to get their preorders in as soon as possible. Our schedule is already starting to fill, and once we’re booked, we’ll have to close orders for the week.
