HOLY FRICKEN HECK.
The time has come…
IT’S MARKET SEASON, BABY!!! 🥖⚡️
This “off-season” has been a whirlwind of figuring out how to be more efficient, dialing in my recipes, perfecting my craft, becoming slightly more organized (keyword: slightly), and narrowing down a menu that hopefully doesn’t make me lose my mind. 😅
With the addition of my beautiful new bakery space and bread oven (cue dramatic tears of joy 🥹), I’ll be increasing production by ~40% this season. My hope? Fewer sad “you sold out already?!” moments and more chances for everyone to snag the goodies they came for.
Also — instead of making 57 different types of breads like last year 🙃, I’m keeping a more consistent menu with rotating weekly/bi-weekly specials. Because apparently having boundaries is healthy?
Scone + muffin flavors will still rotate depending on season and whether I’ve decided I absolutely cannot make the same flavor one more time without losing it. 😂
