I will have the following:

Sourdough Sandwich Bread

Sourdough Artisan bread in the following flavors

- jalapeno cheddar

- cinnamon swirl
- s’mores

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies

Thoughts and Opinions appreciated 🫶🏼

1) I have been looking at ways to increase the number of loaves that I can bake at a time to be able to offer more!! Especially with the farmers markets starting soon, I am hoping the bread doesn’t sell out so fast, and everyone gets a chance at the loaves they want!

One of the ways I’ve found is by baking my artisan loaves in a loaf pan. The bread still has the same crust and soft inside as the artisan style, just in a loaf shape instead of round! (See pictures)

Does anyone prefer the round artisan shape over the loaf shape?

2) The other fun thing I have been experimenting with is bread flights, and it’s exactly what it sounds like! 😋 These are mini sourdough loafs that would allow you to trial different flavors without committing to a full loaf of bread! They would also be a great gift option!
