Happy Valentine's Day! Don't forget that I do custom cakes and cupcakes. Spring is right around the corner which means our kiddos will be on Spring break soon. We are now accepting Easter orders. This weekend, I had the honor of making this super lovely birthday cake. It's a three layer 6 inch carrot cake with cheesecake filling. Customer loved her cake and they said it was super good. This evening, I conducted an experiment resulting in the creation of pistachio cream cupcakes. The cupcakes consist of a white cupcake filled with the renowned pistachio cream that has garnered significant attention. They are topped with pistachio frosting, garnished with chopped pistachios, and finished with a chocolate drizzle accompanied by a piece of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate.
