Kneaded by Katelyn Home Bakery based in Crescent, OK Welcome to Kneaded by Katelyn, a home bakery ran by Katelyn Pauley. Hi, my name is Katelyn Pauley.

I am a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful kiddos with a passion for baking and providing my family with quality ingredient sweet treats. While most of my recipes have been passed down for generations, I haven't always loved being in the kitchen. When I had my first baby, I began baking as a hobby and overtime, I found a deep love and passion for it. As a busy mom to two toddlers, I found peace while being in the kitchen. I gradually began sharing my creations with family members, and before long, I became the go-to for their requests. I am from Bridge Creek, Oklahoma and am married to my high school sweetheart. After I fell pregnant with our first child, my husband and I took a chance and bought our very first home in Crescent and have lived in town for almost five years now. Recently, I have been honored with the opportunity to share my passion for baking at Gregory Mercantile, a family farmers market storefront located in Crescent, OK. I would love to expand even further and start taking local orders for porch pickup! Thank you to everyone who has ever supported this hobby of mine and pushed me to make this a reality!
