Headpiece Class: Part 2! š½āØ
When I first saw Nadiaās āAlien Invasionā headpiece design, I immediately thought of some neon fringe a friend had used in the past. I knew I wanted to take my design in a neon direction ā especially with colors that would glow under a black light.
There werenāt any neon colors in the suggested paints ā¦ so I decided to make my own. I purchased clear holographic paint, mixed in powdered neon pigments (that I use for my royal icing), and tested it on an old piece of clear pool float. And guess what? It worked! š
