**Please note - I have made a few minor adjustments to my menu and pricing. Due to the California Cottage Food laws, I am no longer able to offer cream cheese frosting on my cinnamon rolls. They will now come with the option of a classic cinnamon roll icing or a brown butter icing ❤️

After months of working hard behind the scenes, I’m so excited to finally share a little update about what’s been happening with Double Batch Bakery! 🥖✨

Over the last few months, I completed a Culinary Entrepreneurship course through the Women’s Business Center, and today I officially passed my kitchen inspection with the Shasta County Health Department. At this point, I am just waiting for my zoning permit application to be approved by the county. Once that is finalized, Double Batch Bakery will officially be licensed as a Class B Cottage Food Operation!

This license will allow me to legally sell my baked goods both directly to customers and indirectly through approved local businesses — so you may soon start seeing Double Batch Bakery products available at some local shops ❤️

As I move into this next phase, I’ll also be updating my current menu with minimal changes to pricing and a few minor ingredient adjustments to ensure everything follows California cottage food regulations.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. I can’t wait to officially start this next chapter and share more fresh sourdough and baked goods with our community!
