A Little Note From the Owner ❤️

I want to share something from the heart for a minute.

I’m a mom of three young kids, and over the past couple of weeks I’ve personally spent well over 100 hours making these fruit mousse pastries instead of being at home with my babies. Every mousse, fruit center, and decoration is made by hand in our kitchen, and we are working as fast as we possibly can.

What I didn’t expect was the amount of anger and complaints we’ve received from people who weren’t able to get one. I completely understand that it’s disappointing when something sells out — but the negativity we’ve seen lately has honestly made me consider stopping them several times.

Please remember there are real people behind this business who are working incredibly hard to bring something special to Huntsville.

Limited drops happen with all kinds of specialty items because they simply take time to make. We are doing everything we can to increase production, hire help, and make more each week.

But moving forward, we will not tolerate rude or negative behavior toward our staff or this business. Those comments will be removed and users may be blocked.

We appreciate the thousands of you who have supported us, encouraged us, and shown kindness while we figure this out. It truly means more than you know.

Did you know on average a container of frosting at the grocery store can contain up to 20 ingredients? Most that cannot even be pronounced! EeeeeYuck! Mine has exactly four ingredients total and is always super fluffy and so yummy! 😋🥰
