Meet High School Kourtney.
-B average AP student
-Drama/Choir Nerd
-Entrepreneur (sold 100 brownies/day for $1 each + worked at a natural supplement store daily after school)
-Self medicating with junk food and other unhealthy things
-Extremely anxious, depressed, insecure BUT DETERMINED.

Not much has changed other than what I choose to consume both mentally and physically, so subsequently I have a new body and mind. I’m still just as determined, but instead of running away from myself, I choose to love myself more each day. Please give high school Kourtney a big hug with me. She really needs it ❤️
