The Pink Umbrella Bakery Classic treats all under one umbrella! . I love to bake! Our storefront is located in Coralville and is open for walk in purchases Thursdays and Fridays 11am-6pm.

I started at the farmers markets under our Pink Umbrella using family recipes from my grandma.Now, you can find our cookies at several Hy Vee locations in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, UIHC and on the University of Iowa Campus. Some of you may have already heard..NO, Im not closing...but I am moving back to my licensed home kitchen beginning June 1st! I won't go into a long drawn out explanation,other than to say I have enjoyed the last 5 years in my commercial space, but right now this is the right decision for both myself and my business.
Nothing will change except for where preorders will be picked up. All current commercial deliveries will continue on schedule, you can still place preorders by email at [email protected] and our Etsy shop will remain open. If you have an order for June I will contact you with pick up information.
Again, I can't thank all of you enough for your continued support of my little bakery.
