Your p**p has a type. Unfortunately, it’s numbered 1–7. 🤷🏼‍♀️💩

Knowing yours can help you figure out whether you need more fluid, more fiber, or whether something might actually be worth bringing up with your doctor. 💞 In celebration of finishing up my pediatric GI rotation I figured I’d share the love.

Not to mention how much decision fatigue is removed — well fed for $8.75 each per day, I’d say we’re doin pretty okay 💓🛒...

🛒 Keep in mind we shop for as many of the items we can at Costco, then defer to either our local Hispanic grocer or Aldi for the rest… sometimes Publix if we can’t find a certain item.

We go cheapest first, plan out what we want to eat ahead of time, and arrange our grocery list by store section so we can be in and out as fast as possible.💃🏼

A lot of these items are really affordable in bulk and can stay on the shelf/pantry or in the freezer for a long while.
As for the prepped items, we keep those in the freezer and pull them out the night before for a super quick reheat! ✨

Understanding acid base chem is the key to not being ‘poisoned’. If you understand it, you also can’t complain that ‘they’ are trying to “keep us sick”. You are in control 💫🍳

Why he look into my soul like that for sum chips?

🐟💫 To make sardine pâté you can pretty much add whatever and let the spirit lead you, but for this one I used:
- 3 cans of sardines in olive oil with the oil drained and set aside
- juice of 1 lemon
- tbsp of my fermented mustard (please see my page for that recipe!) — Dijon will work, or anything really.
- seasoning (sea salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, chili flakes, and cayenne)
—> blended it all up in the food processor, added some of that olive oil back on top, and garnished with some green onion.
🐱 It might look like cat food but it always tastes good!

This is a super versatile method, and you can really just use what you have. Try different flavor profiles using different add-ins and spices, try pairing it with different meals (toast, lettuce wraps, veggies, chips, endive leaves.. whatever suits the mood). I swear you’ll never be bored! 💞
