French Macarons by Ana Drago I felt in love with French Macarons back in 2008 when I first tasted them while in Paris. I had to learn how to make them.

Most favorite: raspberry, brigadeiro (chocolate caramel), lemon, coconut, walnuts, salted caramel, pistachio, coffee, lavender, vanilla, nutella, orange, rose, cassis. Two years later I was lucky enough to move there and they became an obsession to me. Today they are a passion and something I really enjoy baking. Glad to be able to share these delicatessen with others οΏ½
