The Conshy Brit Shop is now selling these gift baskets for Easter. Both baskets are $50 each “can be delivered or collected”. Both include a British Tea Towel and a mixture of sweet and savoury treats. There is also the option to swap items around and create your own style basket for the same price!

Just a quick on here on the difference between sell by dates within the UK and USA.

The UK writes the day before the month. So for example the 3rd of June 2021 would be typed as “3/6/21. To Americans that would look like the 6th of March 2021. So be wary of that as everything has a long lasting date on it “sorry for any confusion”.

Homemade Chip Shop style curry sauce 🥳. It’s finally on the menu and an added side with the fish and chips meal box. Tastes great with some IPA battered prawns “shrimp” as well 🍤🇬🇧🍤🇬🇧

Happy New Year! 🥳 Not typically British here. But we’ve done a completely VEGAN cheddar and broccoli soup! It’s banging!👌. With cold 🥶 days and nights ahead, it’s nice to detox after the festive period with a warm bowl of pure goodness 🥰 🌱 🥦 🧀

Fish and Chips has moved to Monday for next week now. It will return to Fridays from next weekend. 🇬🇧.

It’s fish and chips Friday! This weekend completely sold out both days “Fri and Sat”. Still taking orders for next weekend. Plus cottage pies on Tuesday $40 “feeds 4 to 5 typically”.

Today was the launch of the $40 fish and chips meal box! Typical feeds 3 to 4 people. Fresh IPA beer battered North Atlantic Cod. Triple cooked chips “part boiled, fried, then oven crisped”. Homemade mushy peas, homemade tarter sauce, sachets of Sarsons Malt Vinegar, fresh white bread and real butter and lemon wedges 🇬🇧.
The first 3 people who messaged me last night were the ones who got to try my first batch of cooking this. Hopefully they enjoyed it. This will be a weekly option from next Friday onwards. If I’m over booked I’ll also do it on other days 👍🇬🇧.
