This is the year I learn a lot from Kayla. I am learning:
1- ME first. I can’t support her at my best when I spiral 🌀 with her spirals. It’s not selfish. I can’t pour from my cup 🍶if I’m running on empty.
2- I can’t prevent her spirals 😵‍💫They are in her brain 🧠 chemistry and can’t 🚫be stopped. So self, take note 📝 here and STOP 🛑 trying to stop them and protect her from them, before they happen.
3- Allow her feel what she is going to feel and support her though it. I CANNOT 🚫fix this for her. This is her brain 🧠 chemistry. Unfortunately, no matter how unfair or mad at God I may be for giving her this in life.
I had a rough night. I’m tired. Was up until after midnight just worried about her.
❤️Today could go in any which way for us. Send prayers.
