I actually bake a lot but I never remember to post or take pics! But Im still here. Made caramel apple rolls over the weekend, chocolate chip cookies for the nurses at Children's cancer ward, pecan pies.

Anyone need anything for Halloween?
Plus Thanksgiving is next month, so I'll take orders for pies, cakes and cookies.

Lessons learned...making vegan whipped cream is NOT the easiest but it can be done (sort of) AND if Im going to make this part of my offerings, I have a lot learn!

Welp. I have arrived. My first scammer. Emailed me here to order 3 cakes by June 20. Thank GOODNESS I have read others stories (good, bad, and downright just awful) and required payment up front...Which was "Sent" but never received. Per the email that they sent with it, I was required to deposit $500 to CashApp for payment to receive the amount they sent. HOWEVER, I noticed that the email address that I was included was misspelled, and the number to talk to someone regarding this was a local to me number and NOT the CashApp support number. Just a small reminder to others that are selling anything....beware. As much as I want to get my business to launch, I can wait. Good (and yummy) things are coming :)

This past week/weekend I made 2 birthday cakes and filled an 80 cuppy cake order. And took a horrible picture of the 1 of the birthday cakes. Sigh. Its hard to remember to take pics, when you are in the midst of things. Saturday night was a hustle and labour in love, trying to get everything wrapped up. BUT it was done, and all clients were thrilled. 1 strawberry Kuromi birthday cake, one Matilda chocolate cake, 20 strawberry, 20 chocolate, 20 vanilla, 20 lemon cuppy cakes done!! Now to make a strawberry shortcake cake. Starting out is hard, when you are not used to sharing your life on social media. I post more funny meme's, than anything normally. Bear with me. Ill get to taking pics
