These peach tarts were prepared for the same occasion as the strawberry tarts. I was not sure how I was going to prep them. I decided to just cut up fresh peaches, cook them in sugar, with a pinch of cinnamon, and place them in a blind baked crust.

butter-pecan shortbread. Shortbread's are one of my favorite cookies, because of their buttery taste, and crumbly texture. This particular cookie is my take on the "pecan sandies." I added a praline cream flavoring, which enhanced the flavor of the pecans.
