Doing some modified Vegan baking today! 3 dozen cupcakes (in 3 different flavors) and a double layer 6" cake for a 1 year old's birthday. The little one is allergic to oats, eggs, soy, and peanuts so extra care has been taken to make sure that it's all allergen-free for him!

Congratulations to Courtney & Josh on their nuptials today! VERY pleased with how their simple, yet elegant cake turned out! Justin got to get hands-on today and learn how to stack a wedding cake, which was awesome! (He stressed more than enough for the both of us today -- it was his first wedding cake delivery!)
