We offer our creamy, light textured original cheesecake with a biscotti crust and three additional signature flavors: raspberry, lemon and chocolate. ORIGINAL: the perfect combination of cream cheese, vanilla, eggs, sugar and cream topped with an old fashioned tangy and sweet sour cream topping that is baked slightly and nestled on top of a crunchy biscotti crust. RASPBERRY: our light and creamy original cheesy cake with a biscotti crust and topping that consists of sour cream and homemade raspberry sauce which is then topped with a beautiful raspberry glaze, the perfect combination of tartness and sweetness for the true raspberry lover. LEMON: our light and creamy original cheesy cake with a lemon wafer crust and a topping that consists of sour cream, lemon zest and lemon juice, which isn’t too overpowering and simply a perfect combination. CHOCOLATE: our light and creamy original cheesy cake with a chocolate graham cookie crust and a semi-sweet Ghirardelli chocolate glaze that provides the perfect balance of chocolate and cheesy cake flavor. HAPPY CUPCAKES: Our homemade, super moist chocolate cupcakes are topped with a rich and creamy old fashioned buttercream icing that you just don’t find anymore. We incorporate the whimsical colors of our Cheesy Cake logo into the icing that tops these cupcakes to make them just as fun to eat as they are to look at. OLD FASHIONED BROWNIES: Our brownies are sure to satisfy your deepest brownie cravings. Chewy, chocolaty but not too rich. We offer a deep cocoa and chocolate flavor with a glaze icing that balances out the chocolate flavors.
