Airforce Vet Turns Baker
Since I was a small child I had taken an interest in Baking and Pastry arts, It has always been a place where I can control my thoughts and allow my self to get lost in the magically relaxing world of baking. Coming from the full regimented discipline lifestyle of being in the military the only real constant in my life has been about baking and cooking for my families and friends. Baking gave me an outlet that the military didn’t. I am a lover of all things sugar. I do several cupcake styles, I also dabbled a little bit confections that are all around us. I do Oreo truffles, cake ball/pops. I do have a few versions of cinnamon rolls and icing.. I can also several varieties of Sweet breads, as well as Ice Cream Cakes, The more I do them the better they get. I am also enrolling in some advanced decorating classes to push up my bakery game. I will also start add some donuts to my menu.
