Tonight was a wonderful first for me! It was my very first competition! Chef and I had fun and worked hard, but did not bring home the win. Next time for sure! It was good seeing some familiar faces in the company of great people. The dessert I prepared was a local fig baklava with a goat cheese mousse. A true crowd pleaser.
