When my love language is cake and my husband is diabetic I’ve got to be creative when it comes to holidays. I’m so excited to cut into this Sugar free banana chocolate cream pie. Inside is filled with banana slices, mini dark chocolate chips, sugar free chocolate and banana pudding. Topped with creamy sugar free whipped cream. It’s going to be delicious!

Birthday Cake time! First time making almond buttercream…I think I love it, lol. So good. I told my husband I need to use it on a cake with a tart cherry or lemon filling, he disagreed and went straight for the Almond Joy request of chocolate cake with almond buttercream and toasted coconut. What do you think? I love custom cake ideas.

It’s Easter Cakes time. If you’d like to order one let me know. These are 3 tier 6” cakes. I am also doing same designs in 8” cakes. Flavor choices are Chocolate cake with either Oreo or chocolate chip fudge filling and White cake with strawberry or lemon filling. 6” cakes $40, 8” cakes $60. Also doing cupcakes with same themes. Pink cake can be done in purple, orange, or green also. Tulip cake can be in pinks and yellows or peaches and cream colors also.

Here’s a little cake joy tonight. Look at this sweet cake I did for a customer tonight. I think it would be good not only for a birthday cake but a topper of a wedding cake with a silver and teal theme too.
