💛 Why Hot Mess Mama Co.? 💛

Every once in a while, someone asks me why I started this little baking business.

The answer is actually pretty simple…

I genuinely love to bake. There’s something special about mixing a few simple ingredients together and creating something that brings people comfort, makes them smile, or becomes part of a family gathering. Knowing that something I made is being enjoyed around someone else’s table is one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

But there’s another reason that’s just as important to me.

Every order you place helps support my family. It helps give our kids opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities, learn new skills, make friends, and create memories they’ll carry with them for years to come.

So when you buy a loaf of bread, a pan of cinnamon rolls, or a box of muffins, you’re doing so much more than purchasing homemade baked goods. You’re supporting a small business, encouraging a passion I truly enjoy, and helping invest in our family’s future.

After many batches, taste tests, tweaks, and more cinnamon rolls than we can count, we’ve made a decision about our beloved Messy Bun Cinnamon Rolls! 🧡

Going forward, our Messy Bun Cinnamon Rolls will be topped with a sweet vanilla glaze instead of cream cheese icing.

Why the change?

✨ The glaze allows the warm cinnamon flavor to shine.
✨ It creates that classic bakery-style cinnamon roll experience.
✨ It stays soft and delicious whether enjoyed fresh or reheated later.
✨ Most importantly—it was the favorite during our many rounds of testing!
