There’s nothing better than finishing up all the morning dough mixing and rewarding myself with my favorite sweet treat 🤍🍪 My Sourdough Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookies are always the first thing I make sure to set aside after a bake because if you know, you know. 😂
These cookies are soft, chewy, and filled with the dreamiest marshmallow buttercream that brings everything together perfectly. After a busy morning of flour, starters, and dough, this little treat is the perfect reward.
Out of everything I make, these have to be my personal favorite… and I’m always making sure I save a few for myself before they disappear. 🤭

Today’s custom sourdough order turned into something really special ✨
This “blueberry cinnamon chip loaf” started as a request, but I think it might be here to stay… 👀
Made with juicy blueberries, melty cinnamon chips, a touch of maple syrup, hearty oats, and warm cinnamon — every bite hits that perfect balance of sweet, cozy, and just a little indulgent.
I’ve baked this flavor a few times before, but today… it finally clicked. The texture, the flavor, the bake — everything came together exactly how I imagined it.
Thinking this one deserves a permanent spot on the menu 🤍
