SPIRITED JELLIES!! Jelly - it's not just for bread anymore! Made in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We know no bounds. The wine jellies we offer are; Chardonnay, White Merlot, Shiraz (a fan favorite), Merlot and Port. Our Margarita and Cranberry Margarita are delicious! Our pepper jellies ranked from mildest to hottest are; Jalapeno Tequila, Blueberry Jalapeno Tequila, Raspberry Jalapeno Tequila, Pe

ach Jalapeno Tequila and our barn burner, Spicy Habanero Tequila. We also offer Orange Whiskey Marmalade. Our Jellies are delicious used as a glaze or marinade for beef, chicken, pork and salmon. You can liven up steak by topping it with a dollop of jelly. Spirited Jellies are also great as a sauce for ribs or wings. Jelly as a sandwich spread? Pair your favorite Spirited Jelly with a roast beef or turkey sandwich. Let’s not forget the classic PB&J! You’ll flip when you use Spirited Jellies with desserts. They work wonderfully as a glaze over cheesecake, tarts or scones. A personal favorite of ours is to serve them over ice cream! Start your morning off right. You’ll enjoy the flavor of any of our Jellies on toast, a bagel or as a syrup for pancakes and waffles. Gearing up for the Liberty craft fair! One new flavor this year is Creme de Menthe. Delicious with lamb, as a marinade, an ice cream topping or simply on toast.

We were so sad to miss this year's craft fairs! My mother went into the hospital in August, declined and passed away in October. Jen, my partner in jelly crime, has been taking care of her father with Alzheimer's. Needless to say, there was zero time for cooking. We donated our booth cost to Liberty. We will be back in 2017 with some crazy flavors. If you want any jellies, just let us know, I'll get you what you'd like! Thank you!

We are very saddened today that we are unable to attend the 2016 craft fairs. This is due to our parents care. Mary's mother hospitalization and passing away and Jen's father's care. If you have an order that we can fill before the holiday season we would be thrilled to do so.
