Didn’t know we had a newsletter?

Fair. We hid it on our website for years like a Victorian shame secret, which was not exactly a masterclass in audience development.

But somehow, people found it anyway. We’ve even gotten fan mail for it, which is both flattering and slightly alarming.

Now it has officially moved to Substack, where it can be easier to read, easier to share, and less likely to disappear into the decorative swamp of a small business website.

We are looking forward to the St. Patrick's Day parade in beautiful downtown Colorado Springs this Saturday, and decided to roll out a brand new macaron for the event! (We were going to hand out Bailey's shots, but had trouble with the licensing. 😞)

This is a chocolate mint chip macaron, made with a ring of peppermint chocolate Swiss buttercream and a dollop of dark chocolate glaze in the center. Come try it!! 🍀🍫
