Didn’t know we had a newsletter?
Fair. We hid it on our website for years like a Victorian shame secret, which was not exactly a masterclass in audience development.
But somehow, people found it anyway. We’ve even gotten fan mail for it, which is both flattering and slightly alarming.
Now it has officially moved to Substack, where it can be easier to read, easier to share, and less likely to disappear into the decorative swamp of a small business website.
