Good food should make you feel good! That’s a statement that Nature’s Start Bread Company and The Happy Cow agree on! They’re located on 29th and W. Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs. (2902 W. Colorado Ave.) Old Colorado City
This is an excellent place that offers pasture raised wagyu beef, grass-fed A-2 dairy, no refined sugars, no seed oils! How bread (and food) was meant to be!

We wanted to share a little update on our new bakery space 🤍

Right now, we’re in the waiting phase as we work through city permits. As soon as those are approved, our crew will jump in to begin the next steps—installing our ovens, hooking up sinks, and bringing all the build-out details to life.

We know waiting isn’t the exciting part, but it’s an important step to make sure everything is done right and ready to serve you well from day one. Behind the scenes, we’re planning, prepping, and dreaming about the moment we can finally open our doors.

Well, it’s time we start building out our new location located at 4935-A Centennial Blvd! And we’re especially looking forward to a space we can call our own! For some, we’re moving closer and others further away. You can still get our breads at locations such as Backyard Farm Shop in Black Forest, calvertsminimarket in Palmer Lake, Bread & Butter located downtown Colorado Springs, and at the location where we’re still baking out of, The Cupcake Doctor at 3312 Austin Bluffs Pkwy, Colorado Springs.

A shout out goes for a new restaurant that has a different approach than most when it comes to their menu; built around one goal - to serve tasty food that’s good for the body, the land, and the ranchers who make it possible! The Happy Cow just opened a couple of weeks ago in a charming place in Old Colorado City!
We’re so proud that they chose our bread to be a part of their menu! They were looking for a quality, organic bread made without refined sugar and no seed oils.
We already made our brioche buns with organic grains, butter, and olive oil; but made the change from organic cane sugar to coconut sugar to line up with their menu. The influence of The Happy Cow has improved the ingredients of our brioche burger buns! Now made with organic coconut sugar, organic A-2 milk and grass fed butter!
So the next time you’re looking for a great place to eat a delicious burger, consider heading over to The Happy Cow Located at 2902 W Colorado Ave. Colorado Springs, CO 80904.
