I am now offering gluten free pound cakes as well as regular! This week I made gluten free carrot with a cinnamon pecan glaze, and a gluten free cranberry orange with orange glaze.

This Cinnamon Pecan Wheat bread is my favorite easy breakfast! It is wonderful toasted and keeps me satisfied far longer than other breakfasts! What is your favorite breakfast?

I have my own grain mill and I grind my wheat minutes before making my bread so that it retains the majority of its nutrients. As soon as you grind wheat it begins to oxidize and loose nutrients. So this way you get a wonderful tasting and nutritious bread. Each loaf is $5 or I can make a batch of 5 loaves for $20. I can do a mixtures of rolls and loaves or all of one type.

I am located in Briargate near the Chapel Hills Mall. The day before I bake your loaf I will contact you and and make sure you’re available for pickup that day and if you can I’ll send you an invoice through Square and once you pay I’ll bake your loaf! 😄

These muffins have a balanced spiced pumpkin flavor and semi sweet chocolate chips in a moist muffin! They are sooo good! My kids go crazy for them.

I have a question for everybody! I have the option of paying a monthly fee to set up a rewards program through the online platform I am using, but the fee is a little high! My question is, would you be more likely to buy more/more often if you got a reward to spend at another time?
