Tea Treats & Sweets

08/29/2026

Due to more treatments needed after my brain surgery on December 1, 2025, Tea Treats & Sweets will continue to remain closed indefinitely. If you are looking for the same quality and style of cakes and treats, please consider one of our neighbors, Aspens Sweets. Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years and asked for cakes or cookies or tea time fares recently. I will let you know when/if I’m able to come back.

Thank you Rocky Mountain Team 6 for your hard work in keeping our community safe! So many homes have been devastated in our area. Our hearts are with those who lost their homes.

TT&S continues to be closed during this time of rebuilding within the community. Although our own personal loss is close to none (the fire burned across the street and a hotspot team put out a bush that caught on fire on our property and saved our home/business) issues like potential smoke damage, limb removal, proper fridge sanitation, etc., takes time while balancing regular family life along with prior existing health needs after brain surgery. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to connect with a recommended church or organization to volunteer in Beulah or any area here in the Aspen Acres Fire burn scar. Volunteer opportunities range from filling sandbags to helping families sift through the remains of their homes for anything that survived. We have a list of resources available for anyone in need as well.

Also: please continue to be gentle and kind to our displaced wildlife. Buckle down your trashcans so bears move on and everyone stays safe. God bless!

I was already on medical leave, but now we are definitely closed due to our area still being evacuated. Please be safe out there! Remember
1. Safe shelter
2. Clean water
3. Food
4. Hygiene (includes clothing)
If you have all these then your soul can recover. God bless our firefighters and all the personnel working hard on keeping our homes and businesses safe!!

Video dump of the very few cakes I’ve done this year except maybe three cakes and some cupcakes. I’m still on medical leave, I’m just freeing up digital space

Have you ever just loaded all your photos just to make space on your phone or is that just me?

What a way to go out on a medical leave! It wasn’t the plan at all to go out or even to make an announcement, but life, right? I believe it’s the smartest thing for my business to put all things culinary on hold. Thank you for the amazing 5 years so far! I plan to be back!!

Enjoy this calorie-free viewing of a custom birthday cake. It was confetti flavored cake with homemade vanilla candy melt and Oreo rocks, lots of Oreos, vanilla frosting, and graham cracker crumbs. Kick up some dust!
