Remember the chocolate-covered pretzel rods at the mall? 🥨

The tall jar by the register you begged for on the school-shoes trip, every single September.

That's this one: caramel, milk chocolate and pretzel pieces layered over honey-soaked walnut baklava, then all three again on top. Salty, sweet, chewy and crunchy in the same bite.

Everybody had a system, and everybody's system ended with the cream.

So we put it on baklava — cookies & cream and Oreo crumbles layered over our honey-soaked walnut base, then more cookies & cream on top with a mini Oreo pressed right in the middle. Crunchy cookie, sweet cream, warm honey, flaky phyllo.

First week back deserves the good lunchbox dessert.

The last lemonade of summer. 🍋

You know the lavender lemonade stand at the farmers market — the cup that somehow tastes like a flower field and a citrus grove at the same time? That's this one.

Lavender lemon spread over Yia Yia's honey-soaked walnut baklava, then finished on top with more lavender lemon and a dusting of culinary lavender. Floral and bright against warm honey and crackly phyllo.

School starts, summer ends. Have one more good one.

Four fan favorites are back tonight — by special request. 🎒

It's back-to-school week. The backpacks are packed, the lunchboxes are out, and you all kept asking for the same four flavors. So we brought every one of them back.

💜 Lavender Lemon Lime — the lemonade stand, all grown up
🖤 Oreo Cookies & Cream — the cookie you twisted apart
🥨 Caramel Choc Pretzel — the mall pretzel, dipped in chocolate
🥜 Snickers — the candy bar everybody wanted to trade for (contains peanuts)

All four ship this week. Hand-rolled in small batches, here tonight and gone Sunday — get them as they will go fast.

So we made the turnover, the Greek way — cherry jelly tucked into honey-soaked walnut baklava, finished with creamy white chocolate and sweet dried cherries.

Buttery pastry, warm cherry, sweet cream. The cherry on top of Diner Classics week.

You know the gold-wrapped chocolate that only showed up when company came over? 🌰

The one in the fancy dish nobody was allowed to touch until after dinner.

We unwrapped it. Nutella and Ferrero crumbles folded into flaky phyllo and honey syrup, topped with more Nutella and Ferrero pieces. Toasted hazelnut, crisp wafer, chocolate.

Contains hazelnuts — full allergen info is on every box.
