I am in an interesting phase of life right now. I am a mother of two. I have been gluten-free for 8 years due to a Celiac diagnosis that I have now learned was a misdiagnosis. I even started an entire business based on this diagnosis, which I am now questioning and reconsidering the purpose of.
I am rediscovering wheat through non-hybridized, organic, heritage grains and making sourdough with these grains. I am finding that I feel amazing when I eat them, especially after fermentation. I am educating myself around getting in touch with the basics of growing and raising my own food; cutting toxic family out my life.
I am on a journey, to say the least.
I’ve decided for any future bakery business endeavors to transition away from only gluten-free as I rediscover nutritious, wholesome forms of wheat. And don’t worry, gluten-free is not going away completely!

Food and health is a true passion of mine. And I’m learning more about it, especially as I have entered motherhood. I love when people share their passions. I love following their journeys and witnessing their successes and mishaps. Supporting their businesses.

I am genuinely excited to share mine with you all!

I have worked hard to ensure your baked goods are prepped in advance so you don’t have to wait around for me, but that still come to you tasting fresh and delicious.
Fridays will be production days that allow me to restock anything that’s sold out so you can reorder your favorites any time.
I also have a section for custom orders where you can order cakes and/or cupcakes for a special event, and my favorite fried brioche donuts (these are special order since they absolutely need to be made fresh and on-demand).

As always, thank you for all the love and support. Providing gluten-free and vegan products to this little mountain community has become such a joy in my life. I love knowing that I can bring some normalcy back to your lives. ♥️
