Mark your calendar for October 30th which will be the day of my Pop Up Bake Sale from my home (906 Edgewood Drive, Coldwater). You will need to place your order by Saturday, October 25th and pick up will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, October 30th. Call or text your order to 419-852-1059. I’ll be offering:

Due to various issues I’ve sadly had to cancel the last two dates for participating at the Celina Farmers’ Market this year. However, I’m not done baking! Hopefully in October I will host a “Pop Up Bake Sale”. About 2 weeks before the sale I will post what the items will be that I’ll be baking and all you have to do is call and place your order. I hope to offer 2 pick up times to accommodate everyone. This will be orders only. Look for the post mid-October! And continue to support the Farmers’ Market!

Christmas in July is taking place at the Celina Farmers’ Market and I have special deals for you all! My beer bread (pictured) will be half price and all bags of cookies are 50 cents off! Who doesn’t love a great sale?! Just be sure to come early before items sell out. This double chocolate zucchini bread was a huge hit last year thanks to the not too sweet and dark chocolate flavor as well as the whole wheat and walnuts it has. Perfect for breakfast or a snack. The snickerdoodle shortbread bars are making their debut and thanks to lots of butter and cinnamon they are fabulous. I’ll also have:

If a coffee cake and focaccia had a baby it would be this German Sugar Cake. Thanks to lots of yeast and potato flakes the cake is dense and chewy. Not too sweet as the name implies either. It’s one of my new favorites and I’ll be bringing some to the Celina Farmers’ Market tomorrow along with these gluten free strawberry muffins. Also pictured are granola bark and chewy crunchy croissants, both great choices for breakfast or dessert.

Here is tomorrow’s lineup for the Celina Farmers’ Market-

Back by popular demand are dried cherry scones, a perfect breakfast item. Not too sweet and studded with lots of dried cherries. The granola bark is an excellent breakfast option also and is gluten free. I’d like to boast about my Crusty Cuban bread….this is a very clean white bread with no oil or butter so it’s absolutely perfect for anything heated because it keeps its structure. Go ahead and make grilled cheese, French toast, garlic bread, paninis or just plain toast and you’ll see why this is my best selling bread! New this week and also back by popular demand is lemon yogurt cake. Just lemon goodness in every bite! I’ll also have-

I’m so excited to feature two new items at the Celina Farmers’ Market tomorrow. This raspberry ricotta cake is studded with fresh berries and a heavy amount of ricotta cheese for not only moistness but flavor as well. Since it isn’t too sweet it’s a perfect breakfast or dessert. These lemon blueberry muffins are gluten free and thanks to extra egg whites are light and delicious. And who can resist my chewy crunchy croissants?! They always sell out quickly. I’ll also have:

This Saturday another fabulous Celina Farmers’ Market summer season begins. I’m unable to attend but will be there May 17th with lots of your favorite items as well as some new goodies. This is my 10th year as a vendor and I’ve seen so many changes over those years. From 7-8 vendors along Main Street to over 30 each week at the Fairgrounds with such a wide variety of quality products…..this has become an outstanding market for this area. The weekly activities for the kids is one of my favorite things about the market and I love talking to my customers and seeing them each year! As always I’ll post my list for the market the day before so stay tuned and see you in a couple weeks!!

Tomorrow is my last day at The Celina Farmers’ Market for this season so be sure and stock up on all your favorites. New tomorrow are apple pecan scones made with fresh Granny Smith apples and lots of cinnamon. Pumpkin praline cupcakes are new also. Just the right amount of spices and I saved several from the topping of glazed pecans for those who prefer no nuts. I’ll also be bringing back double chocolate walnut bread since it’s been requested by numerous customers. S’mores kits which are perfect for the chilly evenings will be available. They keep for a week or more too. I’ll also have…..
