This months donation cake! Each month we donate a cake or cupcakes to someone in the community who may not normally get one. This is through Community Cakes of North Idaho if you’re interested in learning more, becoming a baker, or requesting a cake.

This cake was a yellow vanilla cake with raspberry filling, vanilla icing, and a chocolate ganache topping. The lovely lady receiving the cake requested something grown-up for her 18th, so I went with a simple design and fall flowers.

Throw back to these spooky macarons from last October.

These were filled with a pomegranate butter cream. I used black cocoa powder and food coloring to get the shells as dark as possible.

Recent cakes I’ve done. I like looking through and seeing where I’ve improved and where I can continue to improve.

Which one would you order?

My halloween flash sale is still open for orders, and our October markets are open as well. Orders closed the 17th-21st while we’re on vacation.
