Here is our available inventory as of today, Sunday, October 11th. (The numbers reflect what we have in stock. Not the prices. 8" pies are $13@ add $2 for a cocktail pie. 5" pies are $8@ add $2 for a cocktail flavor.)
Keep in mind that this stock was freshly made (assembled) this week. They were all flash frozen & vacuum sealed and placed back into one of our 4 freezers. Once you place an order with us and set a time for pickup then we will pull the pie(s) out of the freezer, remove the vacuum seal and bake.
8" frozen fruit pies take 1hr 20 min to bake & 15-20 min to rest/set.
5" frozen fruit pies take 1hr to bake & 15 minutes to rest/set.
We may just be a two person (Grandpa and Nana) operation but Nana calls me a baking machine and she is crazy organized.
We have our pie boxes pre-assembled, parchment paper & new order form in the bottom and properly labeled according to Florida Cottage Industry Statues.
So...we make em', bake 'em when you order, package 'em and hand them over to you.
Being organized keep us happy and we're always glad to meet/make new friends. We appreciate your support so much for our fledgling little business now just 6 months old!
