Another week in the books, and what a great one it was. 🤍

The first picture is pretty much what Thursday evenings look like around here—me, sitting down to work on next week’s menu with a glass of my newest hobby… homemade kombucha. 🍹 By the end of bake day, I’m completely exhausted, and hanging up my apron always feels like crossing the finish line for the week.

This week, 41 different customers ordered from Soulshine Sourdough, and it honestly blows me away. Every single week this little home bakery continues to grow, and it’s all because of you.

I’m already looking into purchasing a second bakery fridge so I can keep up with production and continue saying “yes” as more of you find your way here. It’s exciting (and a little surreal!) to think about what’s next.

One of the best compliments I can receive is hearing that someone ordered because a friend or family member told them about my bread. That kind of word-of-mouth support means more than I can put into words. Thank you for loving what I make enough to share it with others. 🫶

I’ve got some big goals for Soulshine Sourdough, and every share, recommendation, comment, and order helps me get one step closer. So if you’ve been enjoying your bread, keep sending people my way. I truly couldn’t do this without this amazing community.
