🎃pumpkin cookie taste test🎃

Pumpkin cookies & oatmeal cookies are cooling before they become delicious cookie sandwiches!

Also on the cooling rack are some delicious apple muffins 🍎 they have a sweet crumble topping, reminding me of apple crisp (one of the best desserts!)

Sandwich bread is ready to go as well- we have our traditional, buttery sandwich bread as well as a few Cinnamon-Raisin loaves 🍞

Cinnamon rolls are now rolling 🍂

Not a bowl was spared today 😂

Cookie dough, muffin batter, cinnamon roll dough and bread dough - all made from scratch, all with sourdough starter!

I decided to make both pumpkin & oatmeal cookies for Saturday - which is your favorite? I've realized that pumpkin can be a divisive flavor choice - people either love it (me!) or realllly don't enjoy it! 🎃

The starter is bubbly (in this big tub!), the dry ingredients are weighed - now comes the mixing marathon!🍞

Is there 2000's music seeping out of the little kitchen's windows? Yes.

🌾Pre-orders are available for this weekend! Pick up at the October Bake (in Clio!).

⌚The order window opens at 10:00 a.m. this morning, and closes tomorrow afternoon at 2:00! ⌚

🍞Order your favorite sandwich bread flavor, cookie sandwiches, cinnamon rolls (you can preorder pumpkin, mocha and pumpkin-mocha flavors as well!) and English muffins!

Of course, it's all sourdough and all made with organic flour & filtered water! While you're browsing the menu, you can see an incredibly thoughtful list of ingredients for each product ❤️
