Updating my bin for mixing starter on Wednesdays!

Now I can give the whole bin of starter a big hug before it rises 😂

☀️A note for any of my baker friends: if you use these round tubs, do *not* secure the lid! I use plastic wrap instead. You'll create a big, pressurized problem if you snap the lid closed 🫣 I totally, definitely do not know from personal experience. 🤦‍♀️

Thank you all for another wonderful Market day! 🥰

It is such a fun time of year - there's so much fresh produce & the temps are cooling a bit.

Next weekend, the pumpkin cinnamon roll is BACK! 🎃 We will have 2 variations - one with added flavors in the filling to mimic the beloved pumpkin spice latte.

We will also have a fresh new muffin flavor for the best month of the year, September. If you were able to join me in the spring at Dry Bones Coffee Company and try the carrot cake muffins... Those will be back on the menu! I also cannot resist the draw to apple, so we may just have to have 2 flavors 😂

🍞As for the bread, our sandwich bread will obviously be on the table, as well as some more Maple Oat bread. 🍁

All the butter for this beautiful Maple Oat sandwich loaf! 🧈

The texture of this bread is so soft, almost reminiscent of a quick bread. 🌾 I love this warmed with plenty of butter, but if you don't slather it in butter as I do, then it is a great option for my plant-based friends!

I never gave these delicious peach muffins the photoshoot they deserve, but this has been my favorite muffin flavor this summer. 🥰
