Ever since I could imagine I've had a love for the smell of baked breads, butter melting and sugar caramelizing; a sweet urge for savory and sugary cuisines and a vision for all its wonderful colors and textures. For the last 28 years I had to listen to the sounds of my mother blending ingredients and the power mixer so without a doubt I started to create edible sculptures for family and friends; which later expanded to great customers.
