When the cookies leave my house, it doesn’t end there. I often wonder about people’s reactions when they take their first bite. This is why I love being part of the celebration so I can listen for the guests’ feedback. At Meg’s party I knew my cookie cake had stiff competition in the Filipino Mocha Cake and Mr. Cupcakes. The guests took a little bit of each, but then I heard the young ladies whispering about my cookie cake and giving feedback on how they loved the texture, moistness and sweetness. (Not overpowering). My phone had died so my friend asked the girls to continue their dialog while she recorded. The result was PRICELESS!! 🤗🤣“Homemade with Love”🥰

I’m always excited when I get A White Macadamia order. Back in the day, there was the Great American Cookie Co. So expensive, but once in a while, my dad would treat us when we were at the mall. I always picked the White Macadamia. I made some for myself and said, “Wow, now I can have these whenever I want “. So good❤️‼️

Shipped out to two more states this morning: MD & FL. So awesome! I’ve inadvertently devised my own quality control system where I take a cookie from a batch that I’m mailing out, mark/date it and set it aside until customer let’s me know that they’ve received them. Then I open it and take a bite to know exactly the level of freshness and softness that my customer is receiving. Crazy right?, but I’m obsessed with ensuring the quality, taste, texture and freshness of my products .
