Ready for the weekend! Y’all do not want to miss out on grabbing a piece of this Maple Pecan Focaccia… I’m tempted to keep it all for myself 😅 Brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, butter, and local chopped pecans make for a perfect breakfast or dessert. I’ll also have individual slices of banana bread as well as a couple of whole loaves!

Happy Focaccia Friday y’all! We’re looking forward to a beautiful market tomorrow morning after being gone last week, so come out and get some goodies for your table this Father’s Day weekend.

This week’s rotating focaccia flavor is the ‘Tomato Pesto Parm,’ which is perfect for making sandwiches with that fresh produce you can find at many of the market tents in the morning! 🍅 Bits of sun-dried tomato, freshly grated Parmesan, and homemade pecan pesto are folded into the dough, then topped with more Parmesan, pesto, and halved roasted cherry tomatoes before baking, and finished with flaky sea salt.
