I’ve been away for a little while, but I’m so excited to be back in the kitchen baking all your favorites! I’ve missed sharing them with you.

To kick things off, I’m offering Easter rolls—soft, fresh, and perfect for your holiday table!

These photos aren’t perfectly styled like I usually share, but I had to show you anyway — this bread turned out so good. I tested an herb + cheese inclusion loaf and wow… absolutely delicious.

Next up, I’m trying a few of my classics:
• Pepperoni & mozzarella
• Jalapeño cheddar
• And my personal favorite — pepperoni jalapeño cheddar

If you want to help me taste-test, I’m offering bread flights! Each one includes 1 plain flavor and 2 inclusion flavors, all as mini loaves. For a limited time, they’re just $10.

I’ll be experimenting in the kitchen over the next couple weeks to make sure this dough handles inclusions well, and I’ll honor this price for 2 weeks starting today. They even make great little gifts!

I’ve had several people ask if I’d bring back the specialty breads with inclusions (like parmesan + herbs, jalapeño cheddar, strawberry chocolate, etc.). I loved making them before — buuut my sourdough starter refuses to stay alive in my kitchen. 😅 We keep our house too cold, and the poor thing just gives up every time.

So here’s my question…
Would there be interest in those same fun, flavorful breads, just not sourdough-based?

I’ve been playing around with new recipes that have that similar soft-but-chewy texture, just without the classic sourdough “twang,” and they’ve been turning out delicious.
