This holiday tradition was started by my mother who inspired my interest in baking. I loved helping my mother bake, and when I grew up I became fascinated with gingerbread. While teaching at St. Raphael's School in Bay Village I started making gingerbread houses and would share them with my class. As my love for the houses grew, so did my business. I have now been baking gingerbread houses for ove
r 20 years. We take pride in the products we sell. To me, business is about fun and becoming better. It is just another holiday tradition I want to continue and pass down.

We donate houses to The Gathering Place in Westlake and Beachwood Ohio. We participate in the Gingerbread Lane down at Tower City sponsored by the Welcome House. We have demonstrated in Lakewood High School's gourmet cooking class. A portion of our profit goes to support Rocky River High School's Susan Thibo Scholarship Fund.
