Today, I want to share with you a decision I’ve been thinking about for a very long time🥹
I’ve selected a few photos for you to see after reading this.
Seven years ago, we moved to this country that we love so much. 🇺🇸 Right from the very beginning, a question about work arose—something we’re all familiar with here. My greatest desire was to work, but also to stay home so my children could be with me♥️Drawing from my experience in my mother’s bakery, we decided to pursue this path.
We had nothing when we started in a new country, but we believed that with faith and perseverance, God would guide us. From each week’s my husband check of $400, we gradually bought everything we neede. We registered a company and got a license for a home bakery.
At first, there were no clients, and it was tough😔My dear sister in law .voitovych , who was doing manicures at the time, started telling everyone about me, and soon I had my first clients. 🥳
I learned, tried new things, and made mistakes, but by God’s grace, within six months, my schedule was full. ✔️
Coming from a hardworking family, I struggled to find balance—juggling being a woman, a mother, studying in college, and working ten hours a day, especially during the nights with my beloved husband We learned some hard lessons along the way. After that, I took a short break, but it wasn’t long before I found myself in the same cycle again. 🕝
About a year ago, when we found out I was pregnant with our precious baby girl, my husband and I talked a lot about what this meant for me. ♥️
I love the creative part of my work—it’s not just about cake for me, but about creating beauty.
Funny enough, I don’t even like sweets much; I only indulge during holidays or parties 😂
But pregnancy and motherhood, especially with two boys, made things more challenging. After giving birth and taking some rest, I considered easing back into work slowly. I tried to return to my previous pace, but I saw it wasn’t possible. 😌
