Summer Schedule Announcement
We wanted to share an update with all our wonderful customers and friends. This summer, we will not be vending at the Fresh Market at Ferran Park. Your weekly support has meant the world to us — thank you for being part of our small‑business family.

During the summer months, we’ll be experimenting with new recipes and catching up on long‑awaited home projects. We’ll still offer select bake days, announced at the start of each month.

Getting dough ready for the Fresh Market at Ferran tomorrow and took a quick break for lunch. My latest obsession with our Fresh Artisan Loaf (just flour + water + salt) is simple but unreal: toasted, topped with fresh burrata, roasted tomatoes, and a drizzle of balsamic. Absolute perfection.
