Served "twinkies" in carrot, classic & banana which is actually the true classic before WWW. Lemon Raspberry Sno ballz, chocolate cake rolls with dark chocolate mirror glaze, coffee cake, oatmeal creme sammies, macarons too your heart's content, and cupcakes in chocolate, strawberry & orange (all with creme filling), and cany forget the big a$$ Suzie Qqq sheet cake.

I feel that a lot of times folks do not see what goes into getting a wedding cake from the kitchen to the venue! It often involves 2–3 hours on the road and a really specialized transport box (the incredible CAKE SAFE) to keep those tiers perfectly intact.

I do usually offer free delivery to local clien.ts in Selma, Clayton, and Smithfield (on orders that meet my event commission minimum), but I charge a fee for longer trips to cover my TIME and mileage. (It is important to consider my time as part of the service.... think about it this way, the longer I am gone from my kitchen, the less product I can create, which means.... less income).

Since I’ve had a few questions/concerns about this lately, I wanted to poll my favorite people:

Which do you prefer?
1️⃣ A separate, transparent delivery fee.
2️⃣ The fee built into the price of the cake so it feels 'free.'
3️⃣ Totally free! I shouldn't have to pay for that service since I’m already paying for a cake.
