When our daughter, Bella, was a year old she was diagnosed with allergies to eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. At the time my husband and I did not have her participate in birthday party’s or events that surrounded baked goods. It was nearly impossible to shelter our daughter her entire life. However, the look of disappointment on Bella’s face when children around her were enjoying cookies and cakes was heartbreaking. Through trial and error my husband and I have learned to make delicious treats for her and others with or without allergies!
