Garden season is here. I will be time for garden canning and baking soon. What are you looking forward to?

Open a jar of the eggs I canned. They were fully cooked and came out of the shells easily. The only thing some people might not like is the yolk has turned partly green but that is because after cooking they were not submerged in cold water like you do when you just boil them. But they were perfect otherwise and tasted great. Definitely worth doing again.
