Hi, I’m Chelsi — wife to a schoolteacher, mom to three spirited redheaded boys, realtor by day and baker by night. For the past nine years, I’ve had the joy of filling homes with the smell of freshly baked cinnamon rolls each Christmas season — a small tradition that’s become part of many families’ celebrations.
Three Embers Bakery grew out of that joy and my love for creating something beautiful, nourishing, and made with intention. What started with cinnamon rolls has slowly expanded into other hand-crafted bakes — from long-fermented sourdough to sweet, seasonal favorites — all made from scratch with quality ingredients and plenty of care.
I believe in doing things the right way — letting time and craft bring out flavor and texture, and baking in a way that feels both rooted and restorative. Every batch is an invitation to slow down, gather, and savor the goodness of something made honestly and by hand.
Beyond the kitchen, I love being part of our local community — connecting with neighbors, supporting small businesses, and sharing good food that brings people together.
