CLARKSVILLE, YOU SOLD ME OUT YESTERDAY!! 🥹❤️

I’m still smiling about it! Yesterday, when I realized everything had sold, I just stood there staring for a second. 😂 I can’t tell you how much it means to have my little sourdough bakery supported by this community. Seriously, THANK YOU!!

🍎 And today, I have a little something for my fall-loving Clarksville friends!

APPLE C***R DONUT SOURDOUGH SCONES! 🍁☕️

Yesterday, I spent time reducing apple c***r into a rich concentrate because I wanted that apple c***r flavor in every bite!

These are soft, buttery bakery-style scones made with real apple c***r, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chunks of fresh apple, then drizzled with an apple c***r glaze.

Oh my goodness. SO GOOD with a hot cup of coffee! Or dessert. Or both. I’m not judging. 😂

I only made a SMALL BATCH today!

Because this chilly Saturday morning is practically BEGGING for something warm, gooey, and homemade! 🍂☕

And I’ve been busy baking!

🍫 BIG Chocolate Chip Cookies — Loaded with Ghirardelli milk chocolate, dark chocolate, AND semisweet chocolate, with melted chocolate drizzled on top! Microwave one for a few seconds and OH. MY. GOODNESS. 🤤

🤎 Homemade Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls (these will be topped with my vanilla bean icing) — Another small batch headed out this morning! These have been going fast!

It’s a cool, cloudy Friday morning here in Clarksville, TN, and doesn’t a big, soft, gooey sourdough cinnamon roll with a hot cup of coffee sound AMAZING right now?!

I’m baking a SMALL batch of my homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls this morning! They’re swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar and topped wins vanilla bean icing. 😍

I’ll have them delivered to BOTH stores by 10:30 AM! And when they’re gone, they’re gone!

☕ Do you like your scones warmed up or straight out of the package?

I have some delicious things coming to the shops this morning!

🍊 Cranberry Orange Sourdough Scones! Oh, I love a good scone with my coffee, and cranberry orange is such a wonderful fall flavor combination! These are soft, buttery, and filled with sweet dried cranberries. Then I drizzle them with a sweet orange glaze and sprinkle fresh orange zest over the top. That little bit of citrus with the cranberries is SO good!

🍞 Buttermilk Sourdough Bread! I really think this loaf deserves more attention! I replace some of the water in my dough with buttermilk, and it makes such a difference. It gives the bread a slightly richer flavor and a soft, hearty crumb without tasting strongly of buttermilk. I especially love this one for sandwiches!

It’s fall break! Well, for my teenager anyway. I’m still over here baking my heart out for everyone! 🍂☕

I don’t think I’ve ever done a fun facts about me post on this page, so since I’m sharing a selfie, let’s have a little fun!

3 things you might not know about the woman behind the sourdough!

1. I’m a single mom of two older kids, with one teenager still at home. This little baking business helps me pay the bills and save toward my dream of owning a home of my own one day. Every loaf, cookie, and scone you purchase helps me get a little closer. ❤️
2. I’ve loved baking since I was a little girl. And while I think everything I bake is delicious (maybe I’m a little biased), my absolute FAVORITE is my chocolate chip cookie. I spent a lot of time tweaking that recipe, and I’m pretty darn proud of it.
3. I’m an introvert and homebody, but I genuinely love people. I might be happiest at home with a cup of coffee, but I absolutely love hearing from you, seeing what you’re enjoying, and knowing something I baked made your day a little sweeter.

And speaking of sweets, I just delivered a brand-new chocolate chip sourdough scone this morning, and oh my goodness. SO GOOD!
