Come celebrate Valentine's Day with a pop-up bakery shop at Emma’s Place on Main St this Saturday from 10:30-3! Grab some delicious sourdough loaves, cinnamon rolls, and scones for you and your love (or just celebrate your love for loaves) and shop around for some great gifts.

I'll also have some locally made beeswax bread bags from thejruthco available for purchase. They're the perfect gift for your favorite sourdoughphile (which is a word I may have just made up) to keep your loaves naturally fresh for longer.

New year, new recipes!! COMING VERY SOON!!

I've taken some time after the holidays to come up with some new recipes to add to the menu! 🥳🎉 This first addition is a delicious sweet dark loaf sweetened with only honey and molasses (no refined sugars) and NO commercial yeast. I've had a group of testers tell me it tastes just like the Cheesecake Factory brown bread. It would be great to have slathered in butter alongside a meal, or as sandwich bread (picture a packed club sandwich). Or do like I do and just tear off hunks and eat it as its own meal, to scare your children...

So you know exactly what you're getting, ingredients are: bread flour, whole wheat flour, unsweetened cocoa, water, honey, molasses, salt, and butter. Covered in oats. That's it. No preservatives. As with my other sourdough loaves, it's a lower glycemic index, which means it doesn't spike your blood sugar like other breads do. Just wholesome goodness ❤️❤️

Getting ready for hosting holiday brunches or wanting to bring a host/hostess gift? Stonecreek Sourdough has lots of options! Thinking about giving homemade, yummy sourdough treats as gifts this year? Teacher gifts, Christmas gifts, Hanukkah gifts, "just because" gifts - consider adding a hand-tied bow and custom note! The note can say just about anything you'd like - anywhere from "Thank You for Being an Awesome Teacher/Teacher's Aide" to "Marry Me." Well, the second one may take a little more than a cinnamon roll (not much, but maybe a bit)...

Take a look at the attached menu and put your orders in now!! Everything is made with with the fewest and freshest ingredients possible, with no artificial preservatives or commercial yeast.

Planning for Thanksgiving? I'm now offering soft sourdough dinner rolls by the dozen! You can get them already baked or prepared and ready-to-bake as late as the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Also, a perfect addition to your beautiful tablescape is a pumpkin-shaped sourdough loaf (or two or five...). They break down into 6 sections when ready to serve.

Rolls are $12/dozen and pumpkins are $10 each. Put in your orders now! 🥖🦃
