When the BOGO raspberries at Publix are overripe and need to be used immediately, you make a spontaneous batch of Sourdough Raspberry Scones with a white chocolate drizzle.

And a photo of my intentional bake for my family this week - Sourdough Banana Bread 🍌 pic after I sliced it because who cares when it’s for my family!

Y’all!! New creation from the bakery today. This is not a sourdough treat but I couldn’t not share with you!

Homemade apple cinnamon toaster strudel! 🍎🍏 I used Fuji apples and made a cream cheese icing for the top.

First time attempt so I’ll work on shaping next time. That being said they are still delicious!!

Hey friends! The Bakery has been quiet - recovering from the holidays, illness, etc. but we are back in the swing of things. Stella (our sourdough starter) is awake and kicking, ready to bake for you.

With that in mind, baseball season is starting up again. Beginning Feb 28th, we will have a baseball tournament every weekend thru the first weekend in June. This will limit some availability but we appreciate your understanding and will accommodate as many requests as possible!

We do have fundraisers available for both of our son’s baseball teams. If you would consider supporting him, it is greatly appreciated!

If you donate directly to the team, please include Jackson Bosley #16 on your transaction. If you would like to donate directly to us via cash or Zelle, we can transfer to the team on your behalf.
